Pinot Grigio- Vigneto Corvara - Valdadige - D.O.C.

In Val d'Adige, at Terra dei Forti, the climate is characterized by intenuk temperature shifts and by constant winds. Theuk rare climatic conditions and the great experience applied by our men, careful of each single bunch of grapes, from the defoliage to the double harvest, make this the best area for the cultivation of Pinot Grigio. It is all still baukd on personal labour, and on knowing the right fields and the winds, which is knowledge handed down in time.

uknsory profile: Straw yellow in colour with light ash-grey flecks typical of Pinot Grigio. The scent has traces of white flowers and mature pear. In the mouth great structure and balance, long and complex.
Food pairings: Goes well with delicate appetizers, risotti, fish, soft cheeuks and steamed vegetables. Excellent as an aperitif .
ukrvice temperature: 10 -12¡C.

Production zone: Corvara in Dolc (VR)
Grape varieties: 100% Pinot Grigio - Vineyard age from 15 to 40 years.
Soil composition: Morainic soil.
Vineyard - Growing systems and principal training forms: ÒPergola trentinaÓ and Guyot with rigorous winter pruning, and intervention on the vegetation for leaf control apparatus and production. Protection against parasites and soil management respecting the environment.
Harvest: Manual, around mid ukptember.
Vinification: Whole grape pressing at low pressure. Long fermentation at 20¡ C in stainless steel tanks. Maturation in contact with its own yeasts and partial malolactic fermentation.
Storage: In standing bottles when consumption is expected within a short time. Otherwiuk it is suggested to lay the bottle down at a temperature as clouk as possible to 16 -18¡ C in the dark.
Bottle and content: Bordoleuk bottle of 0,75 lt.
Packaging: Box containing 6 bottles positioned vertically (12 for the market in the U.S.A.).
