Pinot Bianco delle venezie - Terre di Gioia - I.G.T.

Origin: Alpi Carniche of the high Grave Friulana.
Soil composition: loose and aerated terrain composed in large part of calcareous stone from the high Grave Friulana.
Grape varieties:100% Pinot Bianco.
Wine making process: cold maceration of the grape and soft pressing with fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Ageing: stainless steel tanks on its own fine lees until spring when bottled.
Characteristics: straw yellow in colour, has scents of apricot and apple. The palate is very elegant and the more it ages the more important it becomes. When drunk young it is refreshing with hints of apples, apricots and toasted almonds; when drunk after some years the wine is opulent with ripe apricots and honey (this variety can age very well).
Food pairings: It is perfect with light soups, pasta dishes, as well as with clams and fish.
