Origin: Ronchi di Ala in Trentino (altitude 800 m.a.s.l.).
Soil composition: complex, mainly composed of calcareous stones and marl with layers of basaltic rock underneath.
Grape varieties:100% Müller Thurgau.
Wine making process: cold maceration of the grape and soft pressing with fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Ageing: Stainless steel tanks on its own fine lees until spring when bottled.
Characteristics:straw yellow in colour. Aromatic bouquet with scents of apple peel, white peach and barely perceptible honey. On the palate it is tasty, slightly aromatic and persistent in flavour with a long finish.
Food pairings: well paired with first courses with crustacean sauces, roasted or fried fish.
