Thanks to the exceptional position of these vines, that are exposed to the sun from morning to early evening, we chose to produce the Gewurztraminer at a high altitude among the woods of Valle dei Ronchi. The small bunches of this grape, mature perfectly to obtain an extraordinary wine that is distinct, aromatic and long lasting. Sensory profile: intense yellow in colour with golden flecks. On the nose it astounds you with its aromatic richness, scents of spices, fruit and roses. In the mouth it is smooth and velvety, with a decise structure and persistence.
Food pairing: it is ideal as an aperitif, accompanied with parmesan slivers. It is a nice accompaniment with tasty first courses, crustaceans, soft and flavorful cheeses.
