Teroldego is the grape variety that symbolizes the region of Trento, expressing the essence of its native land more than any other: it is robust, tenacious, and resistant. It is cultivated in deep and fertile soil, which gives a big great deal of polyphenol and an above-average portion of antocian. The warm and reassuring tones of this wine constitute an experience that one must enjoy at leisure.
Sensory profile: Intense and ruby red in colour with purple flecks. The taste is dry, definite and full bodied. Scents of raspberry and blackberry with a light almond aftertaste.
Food pairings: An ideal accompaniment for pasta with beans,game and meat stews with cornmeal,grilled meats and semimatured cheeses.
Service temperature: 18°C.
Production zone: Vallagarina and Valle dell'Adige in Trentino

Soil composition: Morainic soil, warm and permeable,with excellent exposure.Good thermal shifts and aeration.
Vineyard - Growing systems and principal training forms: Typical "pergola trentina" with planted grass between the rows. Rigorous winter pruning and intervention on the vegetation for production control. Integrated fight against parassites and soil management respecting the environment.
Harvest: Manual, around the second half of September.
Vinification: Fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The contact with the skins never exceeds 10 days. The maximum peak temperature reaches 28°C. The maturation occurs in steel and cement tanks.
Storage: In standing bottles when consumption is expected within a short time. Otherwise it is suggested to lay the bottle down at a temperature as close as possible to 16 - 18°C in the dark.
Bottle and content: Bordolese bottle of 0,75 lt.
Packaging: Box containing 6 bottles (12 for the market in the U.S.A.).
