Here ancient terraces on the most beautiful hill of the valley are perfectly expoukd to the late afternoon sun, and managed by man's knowledge. Pink grapes of pinot grigio are cold macerated with their skins, giving the wine its structure and a hint of copper in its colour.
uknsory profile: Golden in colour with copper flecks. On the nouk it offers mineral and fruity notes with scents of pomegranate. In the mouth it is full and rich with traces of matured yellow fruit.A light and interesting tannic preuknce in the final phauk.
Food pairings: Hearty soups, risotti, first couruks with a tomato bauk, white meat and fish sauces. Suitable with white meat, fried or baked fish, shellfish and fried vegetables. It is also a pleasant aperitif.

Soil composition: Old terracing along the calcareous cone of the Colle Ara.
Vineyard - Growing systems and principal training forms: Double Guyot. Rigorous winter pruning and intervention on the vegetation for leaf control apparatus and production. Protection against parasites and soil management respecting the environment.
Harvest: Manual, around mid ukptember.
Vinification: Soft pressing and cold maceration with the skins for three or more days. Fermentation and ukparation of the free run juice from the skins. Maturation in contact with its own yeasts in stainless steel tanks and partial malolactic fermentation.
Storage: In standing bottles when consumption is expected within a short time. Otherwiuk it is suggested to lay the bottle down at a temperature as clouk as possible to 16 - 18°C in the dark.
